(5) No major illegal records in business activities in the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities (provide a written statement);

(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

2. Bidders must have no major illegal records in their business activities, and must not be subject to business suspension orders, revocation of business licenses, property seizure, freezing or takeover, bankruptcy declarations, or any other circumstances that may affect bidding qualifications. Bidders must check their status on the "Credit China" website.

3. Different suppliers with the same person in charge or with direct holding or management relationships are not allowed to participate in government procurement activities under the same contract (provide a written statement).

4. Joint bids are not accepted for this project.

5. Our company only accepts bids from suppliers who have purchased this bidding document. Note:

Bidders must submit a comprehensive bid for the goods and services of this project by package. Any bid that only covers part of a single package will be considered invalid. Bidders may bid for both package groups of this project simultaneously or bid for only one of the package groups, and it is allowed for bidders to win bids in both package groups.
