I. Project Overview

1. Venue Introduction. The China Animation Museum (hereinafter referred to as "Animation Museum") is the first national-level animation-themed museum approved by the National Radio and Television Administration and the China Animation Association. It integrates various functions such as exhibition, collection, education, experience, and academic research, aiming to build the largest, most diverse, and most authoritative modern animation museum in China, which is innovative in the country and first-class internationally.

2. Geographic Location. The Animation Museum is located at No. 375, Baima Lake Road, Changhe Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, on the island east of the Animation Square in the Baima Lake Ecological Creative City, with a planned area of 2.77 hectares and a main building area of approximately 30,167 square meters.

 

II. Service Content

1. Explanation Services

(1) Responsible for the explanation service work of the entire museum exhibition area.

(2) Participate in the writing, modification, and arrangement of the explanation scripts.

(3) Assist the competent department in carrying out social science popularization education activities.

(4) Other work related to explanation services.

 

2. Venue Services

(1) Responsible for answering phone calls at various inquiry desks in the museum, service consultations, lost and found, missing person broadcasts, and other convenience services.

(3) Responsible for recording, organizing, and providing feedback on visitor reception information.

(2) Responsible for searching, borrowing, and organizing books in the animation library.

(3) Responsible for guiding the experience, operation, and order maintenance of various multimedia and interactive exhibition facilities.

(4) Responsible for patrol inspection of the theater, entrance and exit control, audience guidance, and order maintenance.

(5) Responsible for the daily simple operation and cleaning of theater facilities, assisting in theater performances, cinema screenings, and conference support.

(6) Responsible for liaising with maintenance suppliers for theater and exhibition facilities, promptly addressing various hardware and software failures, and supervising the implementation of maintenance plans.

(7) Assist the security management department in properly and reasonably handling various emergencies.

(8) Other work related to venue services.

 

3. Security Staff Duty Services

(1) Provide daytime supervision and inspection by security staff and nighttime duty services according to the relevant requirements for security staff management in the museum, fulfill security staff responsibilities, and keep detailed duty records.

(2) Other work related to security staff duty services.

 

III. Overall Requirements for Service Personnel

The China Animation Museum is the first national-level animation-themed museum, collecting, displaying, and showcasing numerous scientific, interactive, and visually appealing animation technology exhibits. It has supporting functional areas such as a merchandise sales area, theater, library, café, and restaurant, with strict requirements for professionalism, safety, and standardized operations. Audience services strive to be professional, efficient, meticulous, and considerate.

(1) The purchaser manages the outsourced service management organization established by the successful supplier.

(2) The successful supplier shall establish corresponding rules and regulations for the management, recruitment, training, and assessment of professional technical service personnel based on the actual situation of the Animation Museum, and report to the purchaser before implementation, which shall be carried out after the purchaser's consent.

(3) The purchaser has direct participation and approval rights in the setting of important positions, personnel recruitment, and management decisions. If deemed necessary, the purchaser may review the financial status and financial statements of the successful supplier.

(4) In handling special, urgent, and emergency incidents, the purchaser has direct command authority over the provision of professional technical service personnel.

(5) The professional technical service personnel provided by the successful supplier must be stationed at the venue.

(6) The successful supplier must ensure the continuity, sustainability, and professionalism of the services, reasonably allocate and arrange the types and numbers of personnel to meet the purchaser's needs.

(7) The successful supplier must conduct strict political reviews of the recruited personnel to ensure that they have no criminal records.

(8) Employees of the successful supplier must wear standardized uniforms according to job requirements, adhere to proper conduct, and pay attention to appearance and public image. Personnel recruited for certain image-related positions must meet relevant requirements regarding physique, height, etc.
